Concurrent Scholarship Application Form

Qualifications:

1.You must pass the COMPASS test and meet all of Garden City Community College’s requirements for taking college courses through Syracuse High School

2.You must have been recommended by a teacher to take a college class, please include recommendation letter with application

3.You must attach a completed resume with this application

4.You must complete this application

5.You must submit to the district office a copy of your transcript showing the grades from the college classes you have taken at the end of the semester
 

Instructions:

1.Type or write legibly on the entire application form. 

​2. Application deadline is Monday, April 4, 2016.
