Application Form

Instructions:

​1.   Please type your completed application. 

​2.   Include a resume that addresses the following:

• List the activities in which you were a participant throughout your high school career
• List honors or awards you received while in high school.
• List any volunteer work you have done in the Syracuse community or elsewhere.
• Explain any work experience and the responsibilities you had tied to that experience
• List hobbies and leisure-time activities that you enjoy

​3.   Include two letters of recommendation. The first from a school staff member and the second from an adult community member. These letters should contain comments about the student’s abilities, achievements, character and potential. 

​4.   Application deadline is Monday, April 4, 2016
