Economics is a 9th Grade Class required for all students as a Social Studies Credit. We teach it as a supplement to Trina Stum's Consumer Economics Class. We change our classes every 2 weeks. Economics is a practical, common sense class to teach the students how to manage money. This is espeicially important today in our immediate gradification lifestyle. We will show them our to manage their budget and to plan for all short and long time goals so they will be able to manage the payments on their purchases. They will be able to learn how to have a nice lifestyle by learning a few helpful hints. Then they should be able to maintain a fairly high standard of living regardless of their income level.
